Aug 1, 2007 - They stared putting logs on the house and added flooring. Framing done around garage openings.
Aug 2, 2007 - What they did today had to be redone. So didn't bother with pictures.
Aug 6, 2007 - More logs were put on today.
Aug 7, 2007 - An electrician came by and did some work on the apartment. Stairs put in from basement to 1st floor in main house. Friday Dave bought a fireplace for the main floor.. CLICK HERE TO SEE IT .. We will have a woodburning stove for the basement.
Aug 8, 2007 - More logs were put on today. 1st Floor roof logs added. Electrician wired apartment. More stairs added in basement..
Aug 9, 2007 - More logs were put on today. Framing done for some of the rooms in main house 1st floor. Started on stairs to 2nd floor. Electrician wired apartment. Plumbing added to garage apartment.
Aug 13, 2007 - More logs were put on today. Stairs to get to 2nd floor done. Electrician put some electrical boxes where plug-ins go.
Aug 14, 2007 - More logs were put on today of course. Some 1st and 2nd floor framing done.
Aug 15-16, 2007 - Not much was done these two days they had to wait for some more materials to be delivered.
Aug 20-23, 2007 - As some of you know I wasn't around to get pictures last week but I did manage to get Dave to get me a few. From looking around yesterday looks like a little more got done. Dave met with a landscaper. Top floor got added along with some framing for the bedroom and bath. Electrician added wiring and boxes for switches and wall sockets. For our anniversary I got a crane (I know you wish you had gotten got one too but...) There was a beam that needed to be added to very top of house.
Aug 28, 2007 - Framing done for the breezeway. Retaining wall to be poured Friday.
Aug 29, 2007 - Breezeway finished with stairs instead of a ramp into mudroom.. Some windows were installed. Oh and check out my tub HERE that I think we're getting..
Aug 30, 2007 - (No pictures today not much to get pics of) More windows added. Dave and I went to look at tubs, ceiling fans and stuff. Dave will be getting the Jacuzzi tub listed above this weekend.
