NOTE: As of 9 May 2009 I DO NOT THINK ALLEN NANCE IS PLEASANT'S FATHER AS I HAVE SEEN SOME REPORT.

BECAUSE...Pleasant was born in 1814 VA. (per all census records) Allen Nance was in Rutherford County TN in the 1810 & 1820 census.
Unless Allen and Betsy moved from TN to VA and back to TN between 1810 and 1820..
